Our hike this morning

Judith did a great job describing the hike to Scout Lookout this morning. This was an extremely challenging hike, with almost all of the first two miles climbing upward. Before you even get to Walter's Wiggles, you climb up the series of switchbacks pictured below.

Many of these switchbacks had a cliff wall on one side and a steep drop on the other. Fortunately, the trail was wide enough that we could stay well away from the drop! I didn't think all of us would make it up, but we all did!
